Human Resources is one scary domain. Do one thing wrong and you mess up the whole organization’s goal.

Most HR also lacks the foundational basic to do what they need to excel in their field. They know what to do but rarely understands the logic behind, rather, just the monetary value. That is what drives HR to be known as the “No Department”.

In my book, I aim to explain the foundations of job analysis, performance appraisal, recruitment & selection, training and communication from a HR perspective, but in a more humanly term.
